Indian River County's own TLC Newborn is a support and education program promoting the care of newborns and infants during the first 12 months of life. We are affiliated with the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition and receive our major funding from The United Way and The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida.
